This program selects 10 exceptional leaders to receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and seed funding to drive sustainable development within their local communities. Eligibility
To be considered for the 2026 cohort, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 at the time of the Youth Assembly.
- Candidates must be residents of a country in Sub-Saharan Africa.
- Applicants should be leading a social impact initiative, preferably one that aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a proven track record of creating meaningful change in their community.
- Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher is required for participation in training and global workshops.
