Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Scholarships 2026, applicants must:
- Be of foreign nationality
- Be enrolling in France for the first time (excluding exchange programs, Erasmus Mundus joint degrees without a French degree, internships, or language programs)
- Be under 30 years old in the year of application
- Not receive other funding exceeding €600 per month
- Not combine this scholarship with:
- France Excellence Eiffel
- France Excellence Europa
- Erasmus Mundus scholarships
- Be admitted into a Master’s (M1 or M2) program at Université Paris-Saclay

Step 1: Apply to a Master’s Program

Step 2: Selection by Course Coordinators
- Coordinators review admitted students.
- Selected candidates receive an email invitation with a link to apply for the scholarship.
- References (professor, course coordinator, or internship supervisor) may be requested.
- Candidates receive confirmation of reference submission but cannot view recommendation content.
Step 3: Selection by Scholarship Jury
Applications are reviewed by a jury from the graduate schools.
Evaluation criteria include:
