Aradel Holdings, a leading player in Nigeria’s energy sector, is now accepting applications for its 2025/2026 Internship Program. This initiative is designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional practice for both current undergraduates and recent graduates. Based in Lagos and Port Harcourt, the program offers participants a chance to gain firsthand exposure to the complexities of the oil, gas, and renewable energy industries while receiving professional coaching.

Eligibility

  • Undergraduate applicants must be enrolled full-time in a 300-level or 400-level program.
  • Graduate applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second-Class Upper (2:1) or Upper Credit for HND holders.
  • Graduate applicants must have completed their studies within the last twelve months.
  • All applicants must be Nigerian citizens.
  • Candidates must have the relevant authorization for an internship for the 2025/2026 academic session.
  • Preference is given to students in engineering, geosciences, management, and related fields.

Benefits

  • Hands-on on-the-job experience within a top-tier Nigerian energy company.
  • Professional coaching and mentorship from industry experts.
  • A monthly stipend to support transportation and living costs.
  • Opportunity for graduate interns to spend up to twelve months in a professional role.
  • Networking opportunities with key stakeholders in the energy sector.

Application Steps

  1. Visit the Aradel Holdings careers portal to view the internship listing.
