Fund Development Opportunities (Remote)

The Fund Development team plays a central role in sustaining and expanding Equality Now’s global impact by cultivating donor relationships and leading fundraising initiatives.

Associate Manager, Development Writer (Remote)

This position focuses on developing persuasive and impactful written materials to support fundraising efforts. The Associate Manager collaborates with program and leadership teams to translate complex legal and advocacy work into compelling proposals, donor reports, and grant applications. Strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of donor engagement are essential for success in this role.

Associate Manager, Events (Remote)

The Associate Manager, Events is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising and engagement events. The role requires creativity, strong project management skills, and attention to detail. By delivering high-quality events, both virtual and in person, the position strengthens supporter relationships and raises critical funds to support the organization’s mission.

Officer, Mid-level Giving and Prospecting (Remote)

This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and stewarding mid-level donors and prospective supporters. The Officer conducts prospect research and develops tailored engagement strategies to expand the donor base. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and relationship-building abilities are central to this position.

Regional Opportunities (Remote)

Equality Now’s regional teams ensure advocacy efforts are locally informed while remaining globally connected. These positions contribute directly to advancing gender equality within specific geographic contexts.

Associate, MENA (Remote)

The Associate for the Middle East and North Africa region supports advocacy, research, and partnership-building initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring legal developments, coordinating with regional stakeholders, and contributing to campaigns aimed at reforming discriminatory laws and practices. Cultural competence, regional expertise, and analytical skills are key requirements.

Regional Representative, South Asia (Remote)

The Regional Representative leads Equality Now’s work in South Asia, providing strategic direction and strengthening partnerships with civil society organizations, policymakers, and advocates. The role involves overseeing program implementation, representing the organization in regional forums, and driving impactful legal and policy reforms. Demonstrated leadership experience and deep knowledge of the region’s socio-political landscape are essential.
