Fellowships are primarily located in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia, as well as the United States. Eligibility
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be 30 years old or younger by the start of the fellowship.
- A minimum of a bachelor degree is required by the start of the fellowship.

- GHC seeks individuals with backgrounds in communication, finance, engineering, law, and social work.
