2026 Standard Chartered Wealth and Retail Banking Graduate Programme

Applications are now open for the 2026 Standard Chartered Wealth and Retail Banking Graduate Programme. This is an opportunity to join a skills-focused organisation where your abilities and potential are valued above your background. From your first day, you will begin developing practical, in-demand skills through real projects, mentorship, and personalised learning pathways.

The 12-month graduate programme is structured to fast-track your growth and prepare you for long-term career success. Participants will benefit from:

Skill development: Gain strong technical knowledge and professional competencies
Structured learning: A blend of classroom sessions and hands-on work experience
Global collaboration: Opportunities to work with diverse teams and seasoned professionals

Requirements
Strong academic record and involvement in extracurricular activities
Ability to work well in a team, with adaptability and resilience
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Interest in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and project management abilities
Permanent legal right to work in the country of application
Final-year student status, with availability to begin full-time work in July 2026
